Puma Property Finance expands its team, welcoming Rahul Malde

After a strong year of lending activity, Puma Property Finance continues to expand its team and has most recently welcomed Rahul Malde.

Rahul joins Puma Property Finance as a Manager responsible for the origination, execution and ongoing management of new transactions. The established team at Puma Property Finance focusses on real estate development loans from £5 million to £35 million.

Prior to joining, Rahul worked at Hermes Investment Management, where he was an Investment Manager focussed on the origination, structuring, execution and ongoing management of UK and European real estate debt facilities and CMBS investments.

Before this, he worked for Nationwide’s Commercial Real Estate Finance division across distressed debt restructures and workouts, credit risk and origination of new UK real estate debt facilities. Rahul is a CFA Charterholder and graduated from Cass Business School with a degree in Banking & International Finance.
