Puma Capital Group

“I knew from a young age that I wanted to be a lawyer and after several years in private practice advising on and project managing multiple complex transactions, I am excited to be a part of Puma Capital Group where I can provide counsel on a range of issues including strategic projects and, importantly, be part of an ambitious, highly driven and inclusive team.”

“I studied Law at the University of Birmingham and qualified as a solicitor in 2012. I have several years’ experience having worked in the Corporate Finance team of international law firm Taylor Wessing. I have project managed and advised on several transactions, including advising issuers and banks on IPOs and fundraises (including listed funds), advising on public and private M&A across a range of sectors and advising on a broad range of company law issues including corporate governance. Throughout my career, I have always had a strong interest in the financial services sector and joined Puma earlier this year. My role as Group Legal Counsel allows me the opportunity to work across all business divisions of Puma Capital Group on a wider variety of matters. I am able to deploy the skillset that I have developed over a number of years to provide sound advice, manage projects collaboratively, and think outside of the box to provide solutions to different issues we face.

I am delighted to be a part of Puma Capital Group. From day one, I have been involved in strategic issues, providing support that goes beyond pure legal advice. Puma provides a truly inclusive and collaborative environment, with the business being centred on strong values.”

What gets her up in the morning

“I am excited to have joined such a dynamic and growing business where I am at the heart of the business and can contribute to that growth. I have a real strength in driving projects forward and getting things done, and have the privilege of getting stuck into new challenges, providing counsel to colleagues across the business, all whilst progressing in a career I love.”

When she’s not at work

“My sons (aged 4 and 1) keep me very busy and on my toes. Running around after them gives me an excuse not to go to the gym! I enjoy spending time reading, cooking and travelling, and had the privilege of spending 6 months in South Korea teaching English. I also love to go to the theatre or watch a good movie.”
